When a Property Management Company (i.e. landlord) sets up an account with us, we may collect sensitive corporate and personal information, including personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, Tax I.D. number, and payment method information. We also need this information to provide the products and services that you request.

When you interact with Qira through the Services, we automatically receive and store certain non-identifiable personal information, which cannot presently be used to specifically identify you, such as the type of internet browser or mobile device you use and location data.

• Payment Information

Payment Information is collected to process payments under the Property Agreement and for us to collect fees owing to us.
